Replace inheritance relation by adding superclass name to subclass name
If a nonterminal is superclass for many other nonterminals, the resulting class diagram gets crowded and confusing.
Idea: Add an option to specify class names to remove subclass relations, and to add its name to all subclasses (separated by a colon).
So, if a production rule says A : B ::= <Value>
and B is marked for such replacement, then the resulting diagram should look like
+-----------+ +---+
| A : B | | B |
+-----------+ +---+
| Value:int |
+-----------+
instead of
+-----------+ +---+
| A | <|-- | B |
+-----------+ +---+
| Value:int |
+-----------+
