add both random and genetic to benchmarks. note, that gnetic ignores the timeout and random always times out. also, tests take VERY long with genetic.

- the solver should make a better decision for population and iteration sizes based on model parameters

- smaller default population and iteration size
- obey to timeout

- also added round trip test (printing, parsing, comparing model and solution)

- new option skipOnErrors (only used for full/scenario-benchmark) to skip remaining repetitions of one solver on error

- using a new process rather than the GradleConnection is now the default, but can be changed in scenarios.json using the key useGradleConnection

- resolved some conflicts, and discarded some changes in core benchmark modules
