Missing default mapping for boolean

• add default from byte[] to boolean, and boolean to byte[]
• add those mapping to case of effectiveMappings
• add testcase for defaultOnlyReadTest and defaultOnlyWriteTest

• also fix error for calling treeResolveAll on grammar file in compiler
