working on forwarding using implicit NTAs 

- make disconnect of forwarded endpoints work
- test disconnect in ForwardingTest
- forwarding NTAs are not NTAs anymore (since their value is the nonterminal itself and that would mess up their parent)
- clean-up of indexed-send test-case
