Update preprocessor and ragconnect-compiler.

- make compiler jastaddCompliant
- allow multiple input grammars and connect files
- compiler output are (possibly modified) input grammars, and always three files (MqttHandler.jadd, RagConnect.jadd and RagConnect.relast)
